Yes, you can proceed if your spouse doesn’t respond within 30 or 60 days.  

If your spouse does not respond within 30 days (or 60 days if they live outside Canada or the U.S.), you can proceed with an uncontested divorce by filing additional documents such as Form 36: Affidavit for Divorce and Form 25A: Divorce Order.
