Ashburn Virginia seems like a good place for a medaition
On-Site Mediation including Ashburn Virginia
When it comes to divorce mediation, for busy professionals, those who are geographically separated, or families with busy work weeks, finding time can be tough. For many of us, time away from work is not an option and for many, evenings are taken up with childcare.
Recognizing this, Divorce the Smartway saw an opportunity to help separating couples, those with little time to devote to meeting several times. Instead, we can reduce the weekday demands on your time by shifting the mediation to a time and location when you are more relaxed, have a clear mind and are more able to focus on solutions.
This is a concept that started in the Netherlands and at Divorce the Smartway, we believe that this approach allows for much greater access and as such have put our own spin on it – we like to call it mobile mediation.
As an alternative to the traditional mediation, whereby we meet a number of times, the mobile mediation concept is certainly an option worth considering.
How Mobile Mediation Works
The concept is simple: we start with an exchange of information over the phone and via email, gathering the necessary documentation and establishing a timely process by which to complete everything required. We then find a comfortable setting, local to both parties, where the couple and the mediator can meet in person to work together in a relaxed environment to iron out the issues.
Can’t meet on a Tuesday at 2pm? That’s not a problem. We understand that with jobs, children, life in general, weekly time constraints mean fewer openings during the week.
